Age has little to do with maturity. I know 13 years olds who are a thousand times more respectful than 17 year olds. However, isn’t it annoying as crap when you see someone who is acting in a way when they are old enough NOT to?

My grammars sucks, deal with it. It's not my thing. But it doesn't mean I'm gonna act, like the 13 year old todlers in my class. Age, maturity, likes and childinesh are different things. Neither I'm gonna dress up and have long hair 'cause other girls don't like comfortable clothes. I'm using slung 'cause it's my natural, I just happen to have accent like my dad, instead of some super feminin voice.
